1、繼續加強與國內外煙草企業(yè)的合作交流，加強與科研院所的協(xié)作攻關(guān)，堅持科技創(chuàng )新、管理創(chuàng )新。

2、五年內，在降低焦油、改善丙纖濾嘴吸味等課題加大攻關(guān)力度，作出新成果。

3、十年內，繼續開(kāi)發(fā)利用海南天然香原料植物資源，研發(fā)出公司更多自主天然香料煙精系列產(chǎn)品。

4、最終目標為國家煙草事業(yè)，為人類(lèi)健康作出新貢獻。

 I. Furthering the interchange with tobacco international companies, strengthening the cooperation with scientific academy and sticking to the tenet of Creative Production and Management.

  II. Focusing on cigarettes with low tar and improving polypropylene filter in the next five years.

  III. Continuing to exploit natural recourses of flavor and essence in Hainan and building up our own series of brand name within ten years.

 IV. We’ll contribute for the national tobacco industry and health of human being as our final target.
